We loved this smoothie so much we had to share it. As much as we love our powders we didn't include it in this one. Our goal with KOYAH is to get people to eat more fruits, veggies and whole foods. This recipe is like dessert in a glass, but made with whole food ingredients. It was quoted that this would be great with rum.
1 cup coconut chia seed pudding (pudding is coconut milk and chia seeds, you can make your own by combing shredded coconut in the blender with water and then adding chia seeds)
Handful of frozen mango
3 tbsp shredded coconut
1/4 lime including peel
Water and ice to desired consistency
