In your blender add:1 cup water
1 cup frozen blue berries
1 frozen banana
1 scoop KOYAH kale (or 1 cup fresh kale)
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoon of almond butter
combine everything and turn the blender on high
To make the chia seed pudding as a garnish:1 cup water
2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
